• Technical data such as Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, browsing behavior and patterns, cookies, Device ID, device model and type, and access duration and location 
• myISUZU usage data such as myISUZU Application user account, login username or display name in myISUZU, service history and purchase details of our products, photos, product and service preferences, user comments, satisfaction survey responses, and customer contact history 
• Customer history data such as details of service history and purchases of our products, product and service preferences, satisfaction survey responses, customer contact history, voice recordings, and telephone conversation recordings 
• Prospect data such as vehicles of interest, current vehicle information, test drive data, lead follow-up information, product and service preferences, satisfaction survey responses, and prospect follow-up history 
• Photos and videos such as still images or motion pictures in electronic and printed formats from events, activities, and parties organized by the Company or companies within the Isuzu Ung Nguan Tai Group 
• Still images or video footage recorded via closed-circuit television (CCTV) installed inside and outside the Company's premises for monitoring and security purposes 
• Sensitive data such as race, ethnicity, political opinions, cult, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual behavior, criminal records, health data, disability, trade union information, genetic data, and biometric data, etc.  The Company will not collect, use, or disclose sensitive personal data unless permitted by law or with your explicit consent.

2.2 Methods of Collecting Personal Data 

The Company collects personal data through multiple channels. Primarily, the Company receives your information from all Isuzu Ung Nguan Tai showroom branches. Additionally, the Company may collect personal data from other activities where you provide information directly to the Company, or via the website www.isuzu-unt.com or other Company websites (“Website”), customer service centers, and affiliates of Isuzu Ung Nguan Tai. This includes collecting data by observing your website usage behavior through your web browser. The Company may also collect your personal data from sources other than you directly, such as other customers of the Company, trade associations, or other organizations. 

2.3 Retention Period of Personal Data 

The Company will collect your personal data for use in accordance with the notified purposes. Generally, the Company will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with the law. If you are a customer, including a prospective customer of the Company ("Customer"), the Company will collect and use your personal data for the notified purposes for as long as you remain a Customer of the Company or companies within the Isuzu Ung Nguan Tai Group, as necessary for the purposes of collection or as required by law, and will continue to retain and use it for 10 years after you cease to be a Customer of the Company or companies within the Isuzu Ung Nguan Tai Group.

To protect the health and safety of your or the Company's life, body, and property, such as installing CCTV cameras to prevent trespassing, property damage, and crimes on the premises, as well as supporting law enforcement agencies in criminal investigations, whistleblowing processes, gathering relevant evidence, and establishing or defending legal claims - Vital interests, legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations

4.1 Categories of Personal Data Recipients 

In conducting its business, the Company needs to disclose necessary personal data to companies within the Isuzu Ung Nguan Tai Group, service providers, and business partners of the Isuzu Ung Nguan Tai Group—such as for marketing data analysis, delivery services, promotional events, communications, postal and parcel delivery, and other disclosures in accordance with the data usage purposes under Clause 3. 

4.2 Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data 

In some cases, the Company transfers collected data to its databases operated and managed on Cloud Servers by domestic business partners that maintain adequate personal data protection standards in compliance with Thailand's applicable Personal Data Protection laws, where such data is kept strictly secure. 

5. Rights of the Data Subject 

You have the following rights, subject to the criteria under Thailand's applicable Personal Data Protection Act: 

(1) You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the Company through the channels provided in Clause 8. Please note that if you withdraw your consent, you may lose the right to receive news, benefits, or communications from the Company regarding special privileges and activities of ISUZU. 

(2) You may request to access, obtain a copy of, rectify, or update your personal data under the Company's responsibility to ensure it is accurate, up-to-date, complete, and not misleading, and request disclosure of how your personal data was obtained without your consent. 

(3) You have the right to receive your personal data or request that the Company send or transfer it to another data controller. 

(4) You may object to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data, or request the restriction of its use in certain cases as permitted by law. 

(5) You may request that the Company delete, destroy, or anonymize your personal data in certain cases as permitted by law. 

(6) You may file a complaint with the competent government authority. 

6. Use of Cookies 

“Cookies” are small computer data files sent to be stored on a user's browser to record website visit information in order to improve the website and provide better information services.
